Get a program like powerstrip. Then slowly move the clocks up by about 3mhz at a time. Stop when you see artifacts, and back it down until you don't see any.
Then run 3dmark looping a couple of times, and see if you get artifacts then.
It will increase performance....

is it stable?
If it was that hot, it wouldn't be stable at all.
Chances are it's just the mb reporting high.

I'd go with the following parts:
D-tek TC-4
Danger den heatercore
Hydor L30
10' clearflex 60
then if you want to watercool your video card, get a Swiftech mcw50
For the fans, you'll need atleast one on your radioator/heatercore, but you will also want...

Well, alot of it is just luck of the draw, but I'd giveit 2400-2500mhz if you have an slk heatsink, and a decent fan on top of that.
But, then You might not get much of an overclock too....

It depends ona lot of things, but they don't seem to overclock as well as some of the other chips.
Depends on motherboard, ram, cooling, power supply....

Kinda loud for a case fan, don't yuo think?
I'm going to have to get some pics of my setup, and get them up.

sounds to me like your pushing your memory too hard, because it would give errors, then have to go back and correct them.
But, some runs will fluctuate more than others.
So, I'd go with another set of runs at the same settings as before, see what results you get.
