I ahve a mobo msi k7d master and only 2 slots ar free 64bits pci. I wonder if an serial ata high point 1520 works on those slots.

Sorry for the questions, but i´m new on this.
I can use high point controller on ide only as a serial ata 133 on a 64 bits pci slot ?
If i decide to raid, i must formated all my drives, even the drive master?

The only think i have notice was to reinstall winmx.... i don´t knoe why but it was running when ocurs that crash.

recover from a critical crash.
It was yesterday... I had just install that hotbat for outlook.. I thought it was a spyware, but i decide to install.
When i open my outlook express, my firewall was asking me if i let run hotbar-, and i said NO.

I just install, yesterday, 40.52 drivers for winxp, and no problems at all. I think they r better than 40.41. With these new drivers i don´t have my menus flashing , and i think they r much faster .
Oh, when u uninstall those drivers did u run a program , detonator 40.41 fix?...

Well, im in front of my desktop, my hard drive is running fast, and i click anywhere on the desktop and nothing opens, until HD stop running, and sudenly opens those programs .
I dont know if it was of a script i put on shutdown to clean perfetech!!!!

Solution?
Since a few days ago, my winxp sp1 after logging, and when i´m on my desktop, i must stay about 3 minuts looking for my monitor cause i can´t open anything!!! After that period of time i can open any program.
Any solution?:hammer:
