You're not the only one now, Flaco! :thumb: I am just in love with this board. Like I said in my other posts, this board just goes together like hand in glove with the amd xp1600 (agoia y).
I ran stable at 175MHz fsb and Prime95 ran for 12 hours @ 46c.
I know I can go higher...

I've had SOYO Dragons before but may I say that I am swept away by this ABIT KX7-333R!! This mobo and the Athlon XP1600+ (agoia y) makes an awesome couple! I had my system stable at 175MHz fsb and ran Prime95 for 12 hours. My temp at load were like 45c. =)

If the 2k cd is not bootable, try using a win98 boot disk with SMARTDRV. In bios, set it up so your floppy is the first boot device.
then in dos type 'SMARTDRV' Then FDISK to create/delete ur partitions, then format by typing 'FORMAT C:' After formatting it will tell u to restart the comp. ...

OK, done some more tweaking and now I got 10102 3DMarks!! Holy damn! This 1600 agoia is a cold piece of work!! Current fsb is at 169MHz and idlin' at 40c. Load was like 44c...I'm totally impressed. My 1800 couldnt go past 150 but 169??? I think she has some more 'oomph' left, lol. And to top...

haha I got it I guess....What I did was hook up my primary harddrive and the LS120 as a slave, then the CD-ROM and then the ZIP as it's slave, then I put another harddrive on ide 3 as a back up but I'm going to have to put my primary on ide 3 and the backup ide on ide 4 so I can have a raid 1 array....

Thanks for replying again Flaco. My LS120 floppy doenst use the regular floppy cables. It uses a regular ide cable. I also know that using a cdrom as a slave to ur hard drive is a no no. I was just wondering if I could use all of the 4 ide channels on the board. Hmm, this is confusing. Neways,...
