T-V out problem on a geforce 4 ti 128DDR

I just got a Geforce 4 Ti 4200 128mb DDr and the tv out works but when i play movies through windows media player the actual movie only shows up as black on the tv, looks fine on the monitor. i tried to fix by making the tv the primary and monitor secondary but now the monitor only see's the black movie. any idea why this happens and how i can fix it?

This happened to my ti4600 once, but then i reinstalled my detonator drivers and the problem disapeared. Don't know how but it solved the problem...
