SLI question

So I'm about to get my new system and Im curious as to how well it will perform games such as HL:2 and Doom 3. My basic specs are: AMD 64 3200+, ASUS A8N SLI Deluxe, 550 Watt Antec PSU, 512x2 PC3200 RAM, and Gefore 6600 GT. The thing I'm wondering is will my system run the mentioned games on high quality well or should I buy another 6600 GT since I have an SLI board. Any input would be appreciated, especially if you have the same card. Thanks in advance.

High quality at what resolution? It won't handle 1600x1200, but everything below that should be fine on high quality. Another 6600GT would allow for 1600x1200 with AA, AF, and high quality settings
