If you want 20k its going to take about 3300mhz on the CPU with default 9800 Pro clocks (with WinXP + DX8.1 + CAT 3.2).
So for you, with a little card clockage you will be there with your current setup (but you need the CPU speed).

If its the same kind that you already have it will run fine.
