              Sorry Beefy, but I've had a bad experience with PowerColor. This 7500 won't take new drivers. :?: I've tried it many times / different ways. No go....:thumbs do
              But if you have no problems, then, GREAT !

                  That sounds like a software problem, not hardware...

                  and tb, you should never have to flash your video BIOS, unless there's specifically a problem with the BIOS itself. Most card makers don't even allow people to do it, nor make updates.

                    ok, but if i were to get a new gfx card (switch from nVIDIA to ATI) would I need to flash the vid card bios...and wo0t i got a nickname tb!

                      Ok, i'll let you come to this conclusion...

                      Your video card BIOS is on your video card. If you swap video cards, then the new one will have it's own BIOS. So do you think you need to flash it?

                        Besides, I format everytime I install new hardware, or every 6 months, which ever comes first !
