I have looked every where and cant seem to fix my problem!
I removed ati cat4.2 and rebooted then ran driver cleaner..ect, ect...When i loaded the new cat 4.3 i get error # 0x80040707 isalyer.dll not loaded in memory. I have done everything from google to microsft with no help....the crazy thing is that now they load with out the control panel...still scored 30000 on aquamark3 close to my norm with 9600xt..
