External Fan Controller for Gigabyte x99 motherboard

As some of us know, the fan control software bundled with Gigabyte x99 motherboards (SmartFan+) is an abomination. Can anybody recommend an external fan controller that works with Corsair fans and automatically adjusts temps from reading motherboard sensors?

I'm running a GA-X99-Gaming G1 WIFI with a Corsair H110 cooler, and the lowest speed on my CPU fans is way too high.
