  • GA-Z87X-OC Force - Water Cooling Question

I am ready to buy but have one question to clear up...
    WATER COOLING...
The User Manual (Page 15) shows a Waterblock / fan assembly for the CPU...
BUT I do not see anywhere the details for the water cooling of the POWER Socket...
I see some pics with a FAN and Water Ports (advertisements) and some pic without (user manual)...

Can someone please clarify what is needed / expected here...
I plan on using a Corsair H100i for CPU Cooling...
    Thanks in advance...

Re: GA-Z87X-OC Force - Water Cooling Question

    Maybe this link will help.

HERE, and scroll down to the section "OC Cool"

But I don't think splicing/rigging the H100i is advisable if that's what's on you mind. While the H100i's rad would most likely handle the increase, it's pump might not like it so much.

Also, according to Gigabyte, HERE from the FAQ for this board is the tubing ID req for the two barbs pre-mounted.
#1 - Please, when seeking help, enter the make and model of ALL parts that your system is comprised of in your Signature, or at least the model #'s in your System Specs, then "Save' it.
____If you are overclocking, underclocking, or undervolting any parts, informing us of this and their values would prove beneficial in helping you.

#2 - Consider your PSU to be the foundation from which all else is built upon. Anything built upon a weak foundation is poorly built.
