  • Cooling options for a Cooler Master Cosmos 2 with Asus Z9PE-D8 WS + 2 CPUs

    Hi,

I've asked this on another site... I'm trying to get as much feedback as I can before I lay out any cash. Apologies if you've seen this before elsewhere.

I'm about to build a system in a Cooler Master Cosmos 2 case. My motherboard is an Asus Z9PE-D8 WS and I'll be using both CPU slots. My sticking point is currently the CPU cooling. Ideally I'd like to use 2 Corsair H80i units but I have my doubts as to whether there is space for both radiators with the fans. The back of case exhaust is fine for one... but the roof is only about 45mm above where the top of the motherboard will be and I'm not sure if I can mount the other one there without obstructing ports, connectors or memory slots. If you've built a machine with this config can you tell me how easy of difficult it was, wether you just used one fan on the radiators etc?

Any advise on other coolers (liquid or air) suitable for this config would also be greatly appreciated.

    Many thanks.

    S.
