Picked up this in a discount store

Its RustOlem ground marking paint. It does not stick to painted surfaces, nor plastic, but tried it in the raw metal of an old throw away case.
Guess what? It worked marvelously! The ony prob is that it's flakey, so treated it with spray paint sealer. It looked real good, but the clincher: it produces white light when subjected to UV light! It caused the interior to glow and send out alot of colour!
The one I used was green, but it works witht he orange! saw they made a blue, so will be on the lookout for that. What a cheap way to add value to UV lighting!
Posed some pics of the finished (almost) case to photos.yahoo.com/joseph_mohammed in Mod Case.
This was a basic cheap case found at an illegal dumpsite. Window cut with a Dremmel.
The light from the case is much brighter than the UV lights

Re: Interior painting

Now that's some seriously cheap bling. If you sprayed the metal surface with aluminum etching primer first and clear coat after it would prolly look far more professional and last
a hell of a lot longer!
