  • Thermaltake Armor Revo USB 3.0 Full Tower Case

I have been a fan of thermaltake for a lot of years my thermaltake Xaser is still looking good solid as a rock which houses my old xp/win7 system
I have ordered the above case to do a new upgrade but was very disappointed to note that the adapter to enable front usb.3 was not included if you only have rear usb on the motherboard as my new motherboard does it does not have the 19pin in the motherboard

I would of expected too see this in the kit of parts or at least to have this pointed out in the sales blurb that the adapter might be needed
(a lead too plug into motherboard rear usb 3 to the 19 pin front connector ) maybe thermaltake sho think about this after all its a high-end case let down by this small omission

As far as I can tell, the official Thermaltake representative's last forum activity was in March, 2010.

It looks like you will need to contact the Thermaltake website or call them directly.

Thermaltake Global, contact us: Thermaltake - Service Center

Your best result might be posting to their Facebook sites, after all, if they don't respond in a positive manner, it won't help their image or inspire confidence in their products.
