Runcore 32gb 1.8 zif firmware update problems

I have this drive in a laptop that i just bought and i need to upgrade the firmware on it, i assume its running the original 15xx firmware as its never been updated. i have read that i need to upgrade to 1819 then 1916 then 2030 in these 3 steps. the issue that i have is i cannot download the firmware form the official site

on Firmware Update Guide -RunCore SSD Official Website
that the .co website i can login and get what ever file i need but it only has 2030 via usb which i dont have

thats the .com website and i cannot log in it keeps telling me "Account non-use state, please return"

im at a loss here i dont know why its so difficult to get firmware

i need these 3 files from the .com site

Pro_IV_Series_Firmware upgrade 1916.............................................. ........................ 4M
Pro_IV_Series_Firmware upgrade 1819.............................................. ........................ 3M

Nobody from runcore answers here anymore. I am still looking for my firmware updater. Did you match up your PN with the updater file? There is only one download. There are also SSD utilities that tell you what your firmware level is. I will post it up here when I get on my SSD machine.

well i found the files go to the .co site and click japan on top then boom all files work except some pdf are in wrong language but o well. i matched up my pn to the intel drive and it seems that the 2030 update is only for samsung drives so no update for me.
