My Runcore not detected when boot up!
My RunCore 16GB Pro IV Light Mini SATA 50mm PCI-e SSD with code RCP-IV-S5032-CE
Since yesterday unable to detect when first boot up.
I can't remember what the message...
If I'm not wrong something like "No Primary Detected".
So i cracked open again my Asus 901 to see what happen, disconnect from board and connect it back still no luck.
Clean a bit the gold metal connector also no luck.
But the light on runcore it seem to be light it up.
And i give a try using USB enclosure from package i brought from MDD.
Also not detected at all, but the light it seem light up on SSD it self.
USB enclosure work with other SSD.
How to fix this problem? If can't fix what is the procedure to RMA?
I emailed MDD never get any replied.
