Gigabyte EX58-UD3R BIOS Update

I have just updated my BIOS from Fc2 to FI using in BIOS integrated QFlash and woul now continue with the next step, updating from FI to FJ18. The download Link in Gigabyte Website says *red*:
Please use the latest @BIOS or FLASHSPI.EXE to reflash BIOS

How can I use FLASHSPI.EXE to update, if possible with step-by-step instructions as I am a greenhorn?

(Is the update with the integrated QFlash not possible or not recommended?)
