Need help to run 2x8 gb ram DDR3 1600mhz on my gigabyte motherboard

Dear experts,

I have gigabyte motherboard EP45T UD3LR F5 bios with running ram 2x2 gb with 533Mhz. Now i bought 2x8 gb DDR3 1600mhz. Kindly help me what setting should i do to make them running. When i replace my old rams with new one system not start only beep sound.

You can test each new RAM stick individually in different slots to identify if one might be faulty. build now gg
