anyone noticed in later BIOS versions PBO is broken for older CPUs? It doesn't set the maximum TDC nor EDC limits, instead they stay the same, thus the CPU is not boosting higher at all. Can be overwritten with Ryzen Master but that resets back to stock after a sleep cycle or reboot.

Tried customer support, their universal answer is simply "downgrade to an older BIOS".?
