  • CPU Multiplier Issue

    Hey,
I noticed when I try to overclock my Core i5-3570K using the F16j BIOS by Gigabyte, setting the CPU multiplier over 44 breaks the CPU voltage. The motherboard will raise the voltage to 1.356V and above according to CPU-Z, whereas if I have the multiplier at 43, then it'll keep the CPU Vcore at 1.2V, which is similar to what I have it set in the BIOS.
Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this? Or how I can manually mod the BIOS to fix this?
Working...
