Aorus Z790 Elite AX BIOS Brick Please Help

Original problem statement:

A brand new Z790 Elite AX motherboard post "Save and Restart" from BIOS was hanging on restart. Hence Q-Flashed to latest BIOS.

New problem statement:

Motherboard is likely bricked. Unable to boot to OS or BIOS. Tried all previous versions of BIOS using Q-Flash.

Any help is most appreciated before initiating RMA.
