  • X670E Aorus Master (Bios F8h) enabling EXPO with Corsair Vengeance DDR5-6000 Ram

    Hi there,

I just tried to enable EXPO with my Corsair RAM (CMK32GX5M2D6000Z36) on the latest BIOS version F8h.
I was at least able to run some benchmarks with it, without getting a BSOD.
With the previous BIOS version I always got errors and blue screens. I am not sure about long term usage.

Here are the AIDA64 memory benchmark results

    Default BIOS settings: (EXPO disabled)

Since i was only able to add one pic per post here is the rest:

I think the performance gain is quite impressive.

Is anyone of you facing problems too, when enabling EXPO to get the desired RAM frequency? May it is worth a try with the latest BIOS version.

    Regards

I haven't had any issues on my x670 Aorus Elite AX with bios (F7h) yet. I take that back... when trying to OC it isn't super stable with an all core curve offset anywhere better than -15 or so. But the EXPO settings it took and liked right away.

My x670 Aorus Elite AX's bios (F7h) is working without any problems at this time. I retract that: with an all-core curve offset of no more than -15, it isn't very reliable while attempting to overclock. However, it quickly acclimated to and enjoyed the EXPO conditions.
