RGB Fusion Not Detecting RGB Fans

I have Deepcool RF120M fans, they come with a 4-pin connector and are compatible with RGB Fusion (says on the box). However, when I daisy chain the RGB and plug the end into the 12GRB header RGB Fusion does not detect the fans and there is no RGB whatsoever coming from the fans.

I have a brand new B450 Aorus Elite V2. The fans were previously working on my Asus B350 Prime Plus. Any suggestions on how to get this to work?
