  • Motherboard (Aorus B550 PRO AC) VGA led RED state - But system boots normally

This was not happening on F11 stable but I just flashed F12 stable on the week start, I don't experiment the things I don't understand so these were the things I changes in bios as soon as I updated

    - Enabled PBO
    - Enabled XMP
    - Enabled 4G decoding
    - Enabled Re-Size bar (AUTO)
    - Enabled Ultrafast Boot

    1) I didn't realize till today just before flashing F13a that I couldn't enter BIOS
    - Tried entering from CHANGE FIRMWARE SETTINGS in ADVANCED BOOT MENU (SHIFT + RESTART)
    - Tried From APP CENTER => Fast boot => Enter BIOS
    - Turned off fast boot and clicked on ENTER BIOS no success (Here's when I noticed that the VGA LED on motherboard was on all along! I don't know why! ) The monitor doesn't detect any signal from HDMI until windows loads up.

    2) After seeing the VGA LED on I still proceeded to flash F13a, after flashing from the APP CENTER I was able to enter into the BIOS the FIRST BOOT AFTER FLASH! And I made the same changes as I did above & the issue still persists!

So 2 problems I cant enter BIOS & the VGA LED is in RED state for I don't know what reason, the PC is stable enough to edit videos, render, gaming and other things the only problem are the ones I mentioned before. And there are no beeps! Previously on F11 I usually heard 11 beeps on boot up, but on F12 & F13a no beeps.

This is the first time I'm posting here, so I'm sorry if I have violated any post rules or something else, The VGA RED STATE & not able to boot into BIOS are driving me mad I will be thankful for any help I receive.

    Thanks again.

Update: It seems the beep situation is random, last night when I was re-starting and testing 11 beeps were there, but today morning... its not!
Here's a video on VGA LED and 11 beep of my PC https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WPUxb_lUs4U
