best suggested bios to have for Gigabyte aorus elite b550m ?
hi guys i recently came up with a new computer that i build, but i took it to the place where i bought the parts so they could install the cpu on the board and update the bios because according to them the new gen of ryzen 5000 were having issues with the board, so i was like okay then, update it for me and ill come back, which i did.
i noticed the bios im using is F11d, im not sure if this is the best to have atm for my system, perhaps someone could guide me up? and if what i have atm is fine then i wont touch anything.

ps: also is it fine to hit 70c or so within full load on games ? for example star wars : battlefront 2 ea.
im using a cooler master hyper 212 black edition (no rgb)
