Z490 vision g

Hallo i change platform for Z490 VISION G and i have problem

-Z490 VISION G
-i7 -10700T
-2x16GB Trident Z 3200mhz
-PSU EVGA 1kw.
-Samsung 960 PRO 512gb
-SB AE 5 Plus
-be quiet dark pro 4 ( with no fans)

i try to bulid 0db unit ALL is fine temp. max with stres 50c-55c on normal job less than 40c

BUT problem starts with BOOT i upg. to F7
iam using IGFX UHD 630
after night UNIT caN`T boot UP EVERYTHING STARTS`UP
need to get out batery reset bios settings than it boot up.
sometimes hapens when i plug USB or something and resrtart a do this agian
all LED starts everything starts UP but the monitor via DP don wake up. i wait 30min. and nothing.

any ideas ?

sorry for post by post but i can`t edit

so i only active XMP profile

change IGFX for max V-RAM
disable integred AUDIO

what do CSM ? when i Enable system don`t BOOT UP again need reset everything remove batery
it boot`up but all power is ON but don`t wake up monitor.

2 days ago i beck to BIOS F6 and till now all is ok boot every time we will see
