No post on GA-990FXA-UD3

I used the MB bout 10 yrs ago. Gave my trusty MB to my brother. So I was get GA-990FXA-UD3 up and running again
till I replace my trusty. But now it will not post. I have the correct stuff installed. Got the info from gig web site.
Cleared the CMOS and unplugged all but PSU, CPU, RAM. Fan turns on stays running but no post.

HELP
