mouse click does not work in ga b85m gaming 3 mother

Please help......... I recently bought gigabyte ga b85m gaming 3 motherboard the problem is cursor move but mouse click does not work but please dont tell me to change cmos battery because my motherboard is new only one days old if you are thinking my battery is not working properly you are just wrong because i already checked it in the another motherboard or if you are that thinking my system shut down accidentally right? No it's automatically happen when i was watching a movie or i also want to tell you why i bought a new gaming 3 mobo because my old gigabyte ga z87m motherboard happen same problem and gigabyte service center does not solve my problem so thats why i bought new mobo. And also would like to tell you gigabyte service very worst in india because he does not give me good response....sometimes i think why i trust on gigabyte brand instead of another motherboard brand like asus msi etc. I faced same issued since 2-3 months and i still got that problem so just tell me what should i do? Because my hope is slowly dying :( sorry for bad English .
