BIOS downgrade on Gigabyte card GA-Z170X-GAMING 3 EU

Hello,How do we go back to flash a BIOS,With Q flash because backtracking is no longer possible with some BIOS.Example on my motherboard from BIOS F20 backward is no longer possible.How do you deal with this security?Still sorry for this translationThank you
