So I bought new parts a few days ago and assembled them, the problem I ran into is that the display is not working on my GPU.
I've searched far and wide and I came across the same solution over and over which is change your PCIe slot gen to 3.

(not sure if I'm allowed to post this please remove it not)
But my bios version F3 on the motherboard doesn't have the option to change the PCIe slot gen.
Please help me so I can use my GPU.
Things I've tried,
Disable the intergrated graphic card and set PCI slot 1 as boot gpu. (still black screen had to reset bios)
Try different ports (I tried hdmi and dvi-d dual link)
The most logical solution I can think of is use a bios version where I can change the PCIe gen simply,
I must say I am semi tech savvy but I have no experience with BIOS at all so a simple step by step solution would be great if you could take the time.
