WD 1TB Black drive memory dump while Win 7 installed.

Have been trying to install Win 7 on my new WD 1TB 64mb 7200 Black drive and at any given point during the install or even once Win 7 is installed I get a memory dump. I reinstall Win 7 on a Seagate 1TB 32mb 7200 drive and all is well no memory dump issue.
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3
AMD FX 8320 3.5ghz 8 core
8gb (2x4) match men DDR3
Not sure what's up with the WD drive.
