  • Motherboard GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3

Okay like most ppl I have no clue when it comes to overclocking and I wish to do it safely, yet effectively.

I do have Easy Tune 6, updated and am considering the easy boost, it has three levels, green, yellow and red, figured i would not go red, I could possibly go green, not sure about yellow.

I am hoping that one of you many multi talented techi guys or gals, could advise me.

I have read that using ET is not a great idea as it can up the voltage, and to do it in the bios, but I have no idea how to do it on my motherboard via the bios, if that is in fact the better way, any thoughts on how to even start that process?

    Thanks.
