GA-890GPA-UD3H mbo. Couple of questions about Sys-Fan 1 fan header?

I have a Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H mbo.

Is Sys-Fan 1 voltage controlled or pulse-width-modulated?

Can someone tell me how much power the Sys-Fan 1 fan header can handle? I tried to look it up but couldn't find anything.
