Re: Uncore Clock stuck at 800 MHz
I cleared cmos when updateted to f4 before month. Downgraded to f3 and now is ok.
Any differences between G1.Sniper Z87 - F4 -15.Aug 14 and G1.Sniper Z87 - F4 -21.Nov 14?Last edited by luckyboy; 02-06-2015, 02:49 PM.G1.Sniper Z87 | i7-4771 | GTX 780 WF OC | Barracuda 1tb | 2x8GB Evo Potenza 1866 CL9 | EVO 120gb | M12II 750W EVO Edition | Hyper 212 EVO | XL2411T | R1600T Plus

The better question is why have you updated at all, rule of thumb - if it works, don't fix it.

I can't understand, why after any bios update and restart pc, when Windows loaded, I see Balloon Notification about ''new driver was installed''?Last edited by luckyboy; 02-07-2015, 03:13 PM.G1.Sniper Z87 | i7-4771 | GTX 780 WF OC | Barracuda 1tb | 2x8GB Evo Potenza 1866 CL9 | EVO 120gb | M12II 750W EVO Edition | Hyper 212 EVO | XL2411T | R1600T Plus

Re: Uncore Clock stuck at 800 MHz
This is pci simple communications controller and ''question mark'' is because I do not installed Intel Management Engine Interface driver. This driver is useless for me.G1.Sniper Z87 | i7-4771 | GTX 780 WF OC | Barracuda 1tb | 2x8GB Evo Potenza 1866 CL9 | EVO 120gb | M12II 750W EVO Edition | Hyper 212 EVO | XL2411T | R1600T Plus

Re: Uncore Clock stuck at 800 MHz
Your board's features will not all function correctly without the Intel Management Engine components. Some of those features are on the chipset.
Your board's BIOS has Intel IME firmware contained in it. Without the IME software, the IME firmware cannot communicate with the board and chipset correctly.
You can set the Uncore multiplier manually to whatever value you want, normally the same as the standard speed of your processor, 35/3.5GHz.

Re: Uncore Clock stuck at 800 MHz
I thought Intel Management Engine Interface driver is not important for home users, but after your info, I will install. About uncore, I decide to stay with f3. Thank you parsec :)G1.Sniper Z87 | i7-4771 | GTX 780 WF OC | Barracuda 1tb | 2x8GB Evo Potenza 1866 CL9 | EVO 120gb | M12II 750W EVO Edition | Hyper 212 EVO | XL2411T | R1600T Plus
