Na, you have 3 sets of dual channel... ;)

For that CPU to work on that MB, did you have to mod the motherboard? or did it just work?

havnt read the whole thread but how much qpi/vtt voltage were you testing with?

I think the xeons are supported out of the box on those boards,not 100% sure though

I ask on if he modded the board because he has a Rev 1.0 board... that CPU isn't on the supported list. it's a Dual-QPI CPU, many board that aren't prepped for it apparently won't boot at all.
