I've posted multiple times on another forum and never got help so I'm posting here because it seems I'll get some help. I have a Z87x-UD4h that I'm trying to flash to an older bios because I get blue screens when resuming from sleep mode. The primary bios is on 10b and the secondary bios is on 9. I want to flash both of them back to 7. I can't use @Bios because it tells me it's outdated or something, I can't use Q-Flash or the dos bootable ways because of the issue shown in the picture below. I've tried doing this while in both bios's. Any ideas?
