I recently just updated my UEFI BIOS to the latest (ver. 18). I tried to reinstall windows 7 onto my Samsung SSD and continuously get a BSOD IRQ7_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. I attempted to boot with minimal memory and without anything extra plugged into my board. I even went as far as to purchase a different power supply and memory. I was able to finally get the install going after I disabled hyperthreading. There was no more BSOD. What could cause the issue that doesnt allow me to utilize hyperthreading?
