GA-Z87X-UD3H-CF UEFI Black Screen Problem

This board is driving me CRAZY!! I only get a black screen when I try to go into the UEFI. I've tried to turn my monitor off and back on and unplug the cable without any success. I can get in once I've reset the CMOS but then after that I'm screwed again. Why does this keep happening?
