Update needed?

Hello!
In the past few weeks I'm experiencing some strange happenings. Usually I can use my pc for about 2-3 days, then the next time i try to use it, it just starts with a message saying: CMOS Checksum error. So I'm thinking about updating my BIOS, but since i have no clue how to even start that, I had to ask you guys, thinking you might help my problem. And also could you guys recommend that CPU thats probably the most powerful, which my motherboard support with the correct BIOS update?

if you want to flash the bios make sure you flash it through qflash and a usb memory stick

its very easy to do and safe,just download the correct bios for your make/model of motherboard,extract it to the usb stick then boot into bios and point qflash to the bios file and update it
