Yes, and since modded bios(es) are unofficial, you apply your own discretion when you use them. Modded ones have been most helpful to me when Gigabyte hasn't released an official bios for a board for a very long time, because they contain updated oproms. Something that I always wondered about, does having the latest oprom/drivers in bios really gives an advantage to the system? Like maybe a performance improvement (instead of just compatibility)? Or if all is stable with the current bios then there is no reason to update?Comment
