MB/CPU that will work with Standard CPU fan?

I have several very old Lian Li aluminum cases laying around that only allow for 80MM fans. The cases are light and functional - except for the cooling options. I want to set up a couple of systems that are used for light computing - Web Browsing, Word Processing etc. so I don't need a 4790K with custom water cooling! I'm looking for a few suggestions on what is the best CPU (relatively cheap) that will work with the cpu cooler/fan supplied by the manufacturer that doesn't try to take off from the desk when the load increases for whatever reason. AMD apu computer setup run quite well at a great price point and work on air quite quietly and yet have great processing power.

Yeah, but which one. When I go to buy a 5800K @ Newegg I see several reviews complaining about the noisy OEM fan and the need for something better? I have been an Intel desktop user forever and am well aware of the old room heaters and loud stock cpu fans! In fact, that's why the Lian Li cases got retired prematurely so I could install AIO coolers. I have set up several laptops with AMD processors and they work amazing well so I'm not totally biased. However, it seems like the newer versions of AMD cpu's require more power than the Intel counter parts - the heat has got to go somewhere? I'm probably over reacting about fan noise but I want quiet - unless I'm running a stress test or something unusual.

Intel Pentium K Anniversary G3258 should run cool,even if overclocked slightly
