I have bought an Icybox IB-865 series front panel memory card reader with USB 3 port and plugged it into the 20 pin socket on the motherboard.
The USB port works fine at a nice high speed with a usb3 external drive.
Card reader is not recognised, neither the power or activity led lights up and no extra drives are added.
When either SD card or micro card are plugged in they are not seen
Both mem cards work ok in a usb card reader
I have the Etron USB 3 driver installed from Gigabyte website
I have tried 2 different readers with no success
OS is Windows 8.1
Any help will be very much appreciated
