Problem with GA-X79 UPS

Hi,
I have GA-X79 UPS rev1.0 with e5-2660 v2.
When i press On button on my motherboard,The System on just for three second then off and after automatically on for three second then off and ... .
My power is good and 1200W.
What i do?

what cpu are you using?

if ivy-e then you might need latest bios,and to update the bios your gonna need a sandybridge cpu to do it
