Would that same microcode work on my ga-z87x-ud3h also ?
I could try to patch the bios myself too.

Ok I'll give it a try then. I think I know what I am doing . Lucky for me that there is always the backup bios to boot from if this goes south.

Be sure your Backup BIOS is OK, in case Main BIOS cann't boot (Xeon 1240v3).

            Would this also work on a Z97M-D3H running a 4570 non k?

            Thanks.

So i tried the Official GA-Z68AP-D3 (Rev 1.0)- U1a firmware and it froze my computer as well as the modded U1a. I had to go back to the Official F8 firmware. i tried UBU with the F8 firmware but it doesnt work. i was wondering if someone could update the F8 firmware with the latest recommend oroms for this board (from what i read its the intel v12.9.0.2006) thats recommend for my board, but i may be wrong. im mainly interested in the Intel Raid Rom but the more updated modules the better :-) thanks

I make my own modded bios to fix crashing and freezing on games. I think the old ME Firmware was the problem.

This F23 is the final and is not publish on the support website on this time.
This modded F23 fixes follow bugs from F23b:
Fixed: Sometimes the computer start automatic - 1 or 2 times per month
Fixed: Hanging, Crashing, Freezing on lot of gigh end games - BF4 or Killing Floor but happens on low games sometimes too.
Fixed: Sometimes hanging machine when shut down - 1 or 2 times per month

                    Hello TT users,

Would this modded BIOS for r1.0 work with my r1.1 mobo? I can't seem to a modded F23 BIOS for the Z77-D3H r1.1 anywhere.

                    Thanks in advance.

Inserted that microcode to the f10 bios using mmtool, (bios was already modded with newest fw's for all the devices) and got max turbo for all cores with xeon 1230v3.
Thanks again for a superb support.
