my p35-ds4 has been shock by thunder from RJ45 interface, and then rtl8111b network chip down, rtl889a audio chip can't work neither. however, other parts work still. cpu, memory, video card are all work good, even under OC to 500x7=3.5MHz.

but when use BIOS F14, it'll auto reboot before "Verifying DMI Pool Data......", which is before read boot information from storage device. when use BIOS F12, it'll pass that and boot to windows normolly, and work good!!

F12 is old with AHCI firware 1.07, which take too much time to detect device when boot. so is it possible to mod F14 to make it boot to windows normolly as F12??
need help, thanks a lot!! sorry for bad english...

        need no more help now!!
i‘ve mod f15b to set “onboard hw lan” to be “disable” by default, flash and “load fail-safe default” in cmos, then all works now.
several days to do that, i'm happy with it's been solved at last.

does anyone know if the g1 assassin2 board as support for efi rom aswell as legacy rom?, if it does then why is it we always have the legacy rom? there is an option in the bios for legacy and efi compatable rom, so as anyone tried to add both?, it must be possible and I would prefer to use the efi as I set up windows 8 as uefi.
A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY

I'd guess it's due to a Modding error.
What Version of CBROM did you use, because it definitely matters.

I renamed 10ec,8168.nic to "rteg255.lom" (i shouldn't do it ?), and RAID ROM to 12701936.bin, then i inserted them with CBROM1.98. To finish i extracted ROMs to verify versions.

You should have used the rtegrom.lom (NOT the .nic file, they are NOT the same) listed as PXE ROM code here:
                              Realtek
And Use CBROM 1.15 for this BIOS, it doesn't corrupt the BIOS like v1.98 often does.
