Yea,I must split to Rev.1.0 and Rev.1.1,because not space in BIOS.

Be sure to flash with right revision (affected LAN2-Atheros)

Is it why it failed when i try to replace only RAID OROM ?
BIOS updated with your f15r mod5, it's perfect as usual.

^I didn't see any reason replacing only RAID OROM (must be named 8086,2822), why fail.
After replacing,you MUST press "Save Image".

I load Bios image in MMtool 4.50, highlight CSMCORE, Replace tab, Browse to SataOrom.bin, Link present 8086.2822 and Replace :

Read my post above again........"SataOrom.bin" MUST be renamed to "8086,2822".bin

It's mean that names of new files should be same,as in Link Present.

Looking to build out a home NAS - using a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P Rev 1.1 MB - as the basis ( have it laying around .. ).

Have an SSD for the O/S (Ubuntu 12.04TLS) drive.

Looking to buy the WD Red 3TB drives and set up a RAID configuration via bios.

Will then set up this raid to store and serve up digital media - via minDlna ( maybe ) to my home TV's. New Home - fully wired with Cat 6 - all home runs back to main location - all networked via 1 GB swtiches ( some TV's are 100 mb nics ).

However - have plenty of bandwidth via network - wanting to avoid buying new MB, when I have all the other parts available.

Pulled : ep45ud3pMOD_5_21_12.F11d - today - is that the latest?

Also - have not updated bios - outside of a winders machine in quite some time. Will have to look for a process via Ubuntu - or create a boot Cd/Dvd and run from there.

Appreciate any insights/assistance.
