sorry to bother you, you could do the same with the 6A?, the 6A microcode has resolved the Prime95 error... thanks!

by the way, what is the changelog for this bios??

microcode 74 does not work for non-k overclocking, i try to replace it for 6A, but the Qflash say "this bios file are invalid"...

You done something wrong.

Here is F7c with 3A microcode:

This F7c has microcode rev.74.
So, if 74 didn't work try to replace with UBU earlier microcode 74 ...by date ( 3A,4A or 6A).
Btw,
I think 74 still working.

You can modified with UBU tool , to run all cores max speed replace present Intel Microcode with revision 7.

i can do this with a i5-6500 and a Z170XP-Sli motherboard?

Thanks stasio. Just updated my own bios using the UBU tool. And all went well.
Updated my buddies bios with the UBU tool and changed logo with 5.00. All went well but...I will flash his tomorrow but see no issues arising. Thanks bunch stasio.

Flashed my buddies today...the logo change did not take but all updates worked. Now all of his usb's are working correctly. Both him and I thank you stasio.
