    Intel GigabitLanX64 to 5.9.07
    CPU Microcode Pack
    ME firmware 8.1.51.1471
    Modified splash logo 2

@ all (with UEFI/GPT boot) : I know it's useless but I'd like to have more feedback about my new splash logo 2, do you prefer this new or the previous one ?
Thanks again. Works like a charm, except the Turbo Boost. I just change the CPU multiplier from 32 to 38, all the core multipliers to 38, enable Turbo Boost, and it works that way. If the CPU multiplier is set to 32, then Turbo Boost only goes to 32. Better to have a stable BIOS with a workaround than no stable BIOS at all.

Wow, ive got that much electrical stuff in my bedroom that its starting to smell of fish and plastic lol, can even taste metallic when breathing in, very bad for my health I think, on the good side, no issues so far with 12w for g1assassin2.

I think that there is something missing in the RAID bios because I can't even enter the RAID configuration by pressing Ctrl+I during post.
OK, i'll do a new mod later with older RST ROM...

        GA-Z77X-UP4 TH - F11c Z77XUP4TH.11c
        - Improve system compatibility
        - 31.Oct 13
I've pre-tested it and it's good in terms of overclockability because i've regained stability with same settings of the 11a and get things even better because i've applied less volts to VCore and VTT...
And now the question you already know and expect: colud you mod this GA-Z77X-UP4 TH - F11c with latest ROMs, CPU micro code pack, goodies and extras (very nice the Modified Splash Logo 2 )?!?!
Thanks in advance for your time and patience my Padawan.

I can't tell you if F6d is perfectly stable, but you can revert back if it is not.
I can confirm you that F6c and F6d contains latest AHCI ROM 1.20E. According to Stasio, F6d brings support for TPM, i supposed it must be very close to the F6c.
Here's my mod with latest ROM :

GA-EX38-DS4 F6d mod (removed in doubt, cpampine has problem with it)

                        Intel SATA AHCI 1.20E
Intel RAID SATA 8.9.1.1002 to 12.7.0.1936
Jmicron SATA RAID 1.06.59 to 1.07.28
                        Realtek LAN 2.09 to 2.58

I'm using all these lastest ROM in my HTPC and it works perfectly (with 1xSSD and 2xHDD in RAID0).
I noticed that you removed the F6d mod due to cpampine's issue with it (I just finished reading those posts, I really hope cpampine gets their board fixed! :() but should I just use the final f5 BIOS from Gigabyte instead of the F6c/d?

What does f5 have? Would AHCI work fine without the AHCI 1.20E or would I be missing something or is it unstable on there but the bugfix is on f6c/d? I'm really hoping to not accidentally break the mobo with anything unstable and if f5 would work better, I'd just as well use that, just I'd like to know what all it does. :)

Thanks a lot for the help!

You should start by reading this Fernando's topic (he obtains best perfs on RAID0 with ROM 11.6.0.1702 and driver RST 11.2.0.1006 on Z77), but with old southbridge ICH8R i don't know which one is better for your challenge... so i made 4 BIOS for you :

                                GA-P965-DS4 BIOS F13b mod
with Intel RAID OROM 10.1.0.1008 (lastest official for ICH8R), 11.2.0.1527, 11.6.0.1702 and the lastest 12.7.0.1936 (original BIOS with RAID OROM 6.0.0.1022).

You'll have to be brave, because for better perfs you must delete and rebuild your RAID array with each new ROM... and perhaps try many RAID drivers to find the best for you !
(you surely know Fernando is THE specialist, some useful links : RAID drivers and modded drivers)

You want it... you got it ! Waiting for your feedback and score .

It is really useful to complete and keep your PC Specs or Signature up to date in Settings /My Profile (motherboard, CPU, BIOS version modified or not ...) - Thank you all .
