  • EasyTune 6 / CPU 1 fan messing up

    Hello Folks,

I saw a similar post to this but now can't find it.

    GA-890GPA-UD3H BIOS FE

On EasyTune 6 HW Monitor CPU 1 fan, the little red dot stays on all the time, and if I turn on the buzzer, it sounds constantly, no matter where I set the alarm marker.

The colored bar seems to work backwards. With the fan speed showing around 1900 RPM, and the alarm marker set at 1500, the bar is blue. I think it should be red at that time as the true fan speed is higher than the marker. If I move the marker to 2500, the bar is red, again just the opposite of what it should be.

With apparently CPU 1 fan causing a constant alarm, I can't turn on the buzzer to monitor a real alarm.

    Any ideas?

    Harry
Edit: I just found out that if I set the marker below the actual fan speed, the buzzer will go off after about 10 seconds. This is working the opposite of what it is supposed to do. The little red dot never goes out.
