chipset drivers?
The system was shut down for 12hrs (each day). Cold boot O.K.
Computer switched off for 24Hhrscold boot problem after 20 minutes or 12hrs or 24 hrs. Not always but most of the time.
d. Under X.M.P. profile 3.02GHz running and booting normally.
What is the best BIOS version for X58-UD7 Rev. 2. Please advise.
Any help appreciated.

it was squid3 from my homeserver, it had somehow cached a failure when resolving the hostname, and i could not access any page on that site :PComment
