Enable Legacy USB storage detect in Integrated Peripherals.
Instead of changing boot order you can press F12 during post and select Hard Disk+ and then the USB drive which will apear as HDD 0-0.

            Ok right maybe name changed.

Try a warm boot (Alt+Ctrl+Del) if the USB is not detected at furst boot.
With my board I sometimes need to boot twice to have the USB card detected.

EDIT: is the pen drive connected to front or back USB port? try both.

Mine is a card reader too amd I can both flash and boot with it.
Can you see the card reader with the W7 boot card in it in Q-Flash? Could be that it is formated with NTFS?

Windows has no problem reading NTFS but the BIOS probably does.

It must be left plugged in the whole time while you reboot to press F12 and choose the device, however this does not matter today because of the following.

Your drive must be FAT32 (Or any other FAT type) to be used in Qflash or to boot from, so you would need to change the type to FAT32 which may or may not be possible with the current contents.
